Disclosure and independence

• All paid placements are clearly labelled.
• Sponsorship does not influence editorial prompt quality or publication decisions.
• Paid placements do not buy prompt search rankings.
• Every paid link is marked sponsored. nofollow may be included or omitted according to the campaign arrangement.
• Approved campaigns may use direct advertiser links or Amo.ng tracked redirects.
• Placements may display multiple approved sponsor cards up to their configured capacity.
• An Advertise here opportunity card may be shown for available inventory. It is not a paid placement and is not reported as a campaign impression or click.
• A direct sponsored link does not guarantee search ranking value, ranking improvement, or other search-engine benefit.
• Prompt access remains free regardless of sponsorship.

Advertiser responsibilities

Claims must be accurate and supportable. Advertisements must lead directly to safe, relevant landing pages without deceptive redirects. Amo.ng may reject or remove any advertisement.

Sponsorship does not constitute blanket endorsement of every advertiser claim.

Privacy and reporting

Sponsors receive only aggregate campaign reporting. Amo.ng does not sell personal visitor information or provide sponsors with personal visitor data.

Prohibited advertising

Amo.ng rejects adult sexual content, gambling, deceptive financial products, unverified investment or income claims, malware, spyware, credential theft, illegal products or services, counterfeit goods, misleading health claims, political manipulation or disinformation, fake AI tools, unsafe download pages, deceptive redirects, and categories that conflict with RichlyAI or Amo.ng publishing standards.

Enforcement

Campaigns may be paused or removed for security, legal, quality, reputation, policy, or visitor-safety concerns. Approval may be withdrawn when circumstances or landing pages change.

Self-service purchasing is being prepared, but payment or submission will not replace RichlyAI review and approval.
